A Fit Brides Guide with Laurie King
We all want to look our best and if you’re about to strut down the aisle then your probably couldn’t agree more. I sat down with Laurie to discuss her in-home service and she insured me that no special equipment is needed. She brings what she needs and will find the right tools in your house for a complete workout.
Here are 5 Fitness Tips for Brides-to-Be from Ms. King that will help you stay on track and map it out.
1. Map it out!
Start 4 months in advance, establish your goals, be specific.
If you need accountability, motivation, commitment, investing in a personal trainer like myself with help you stay on track!
I will map out your workouts, give nutritional advice, design your meal plans, hold you accountable for your workouts and diet and in-turn you will see results.
2. Push Yourself!
HIIT– High-Intensity Interval Training programs will give you the best results in the quickest time.
3. Focus on Full Body Workouts
Squats, burpees, push-ups, and planks are the best workouts are the best!
You will see results!
4. Track your Food Macros
Record your food intake for 1 week on a food app. this will track your macros which are protein, carbohydrates, and fats.
A weight loss macro ratios can look like 30% proteins, 40% carbs, and 30% fats.
If you feel you are getting off track start recording your food intake again on your app.
5. Be Consistent, Commit to be Fit!
Starting at least 4 months in advance allows for minor setbacks that will not affect your progress in the long run.
When you think about quitting remember why you started.
Develop healthy fitness and eating habits that will keep you looking and feeling great at your wedding and beyond!
